Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the charming cottage in the heart of the picturesque village, located near the popular town of Bourton-on-the-Water. After a day of exploring the beautiful countryside, we appreciated the convenience of having the Plough pub nearby, where we enjoyed a delicious meal. the cottage itself was well-equipped and thoughtfully decorated, making it a comfortable and cozy space for our family reunion Christmas. One of the highlights for our family was the welcome package filled with lovely Cotswold products, as well as the Christmas tree and festive table setting that added a special touch to our holiday celebration. With up to three children under 12 years old in our group, we were pleased to find family-friendly amenities such as games, books, and a BBQ in the secluded garden. the wood-burning stove provided a cozy atmosphere for relaxing after a day of hiking, cycling, or fishing. Overall, our family had a delightful experience at the cottage and would highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
